- Please note that for hygienic reasons, jewelry is worn close to the body, and LAYUMI does not support returns or exchanges for any item that is not of good quality upon receipt. We take the safety and health of our customers very seriously and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to consider your purchase carefully before completing your order.
- If you receive an item that is damaged in any way, LAYUMI promises to resend your order. In the event of such a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. You must include at least one picture of the damaged/defective item that clearly shows the problem, describe the problem and confirm its authenticity, and we will contact you at the earliest opportunity. Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, not worn or used, with tags, and in its original packaging. Failure to contact us by email after the time limit is considered an automatic waiver of the right to return or exchange.
- For customers who wish to cancel their order, please note that you can cancel your order before we ship the product; if the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Therefore, please make sure that your order is correct before placing it, including the correct product program, quantity, shipping address, etc. We will not be able to cancel your order if the product has already been shipped. We are not responsible for any lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
